Joe was so patient with my indecisiveness and Carlos made it a point to check in on us to make sure everything was going well throughout the entire process, which I appreciated.
Not once did they make me feel rushed to make a decision and they kept asking me if I was comfortable and if I LOVED the bike that I chose, (which I did)... They didn't want to send me home feeling uneasy and ultimately negotiated a killer deal. Turns out we are cosmically connected and our interaction solidified my decision.
