Had PHS install a complete HVAC system. They didn't know how to configure my ecobee. They didn't explain how to switch between dehumidifier and humidifier. Apparently the manual says I can only have one configured at a time. Docking another star because it's winter and the humidity has not increased. I had a friend inspect it and he showed me that the water valve was left closed.
The technician was very helpful and knowledgeable about what he was doing and make everything easy. Nick was very professional and took the time to explain his assessment of our system. Seem to provide a thorough inspection and cleaning. Curtis was great walked me thru the process and made suggestions to further enhance the heating system. Pillow dimensions are provided of the finished product size. Take measurements along the edge seams from corner to corner while pulling the fabric tight, and note that dimensions are almost always rounded up to the nearest whole inch.

Start to use furnaces in Sept. - turns out the technician had disconnected one of the furnace's inducer motors - without telling us - preventing the furnace from starting up. I'm sure this was done in the name of “safety” Oh - and the tech wrote up over $6000 worth of repairs on the furnaces and A/C's.Stay away. December update, furnaces running fine.
They keep our house clean after installing units. Katrina was wonderful and patient as I worked with tenants to secure a scheduled time. She took the time to answer all of my questions and triple checked details to ensure i have the best day and time that suited my needs. Robert the technician was very thorough and explained any of the things that he saw during the tune-up session and all around it was a great service working with him.

They forgot to unhook some of the wires during the installation process. As a result of that, the furnace can’t turn off and keep running. My whole home is at around 100 F for two days. Everything was hot and almost caught a fire for my house. The next incident was from plumbing service. We called to get someone changed the garbage disposal from them.
